Introduction

The Daniel’s Removals LTD Affiliate Partner Programme (“Programme”) is open to everyone.
Both businesses and individuals are welcome to apply and participate.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the Programme works, the responsibilities of each Partner, and the commission structure.
By applying to the Programme, using a referral link or code, or referring customers to Daniel’s Removals LTD, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Programme Eligibility

To join the Programme, applicants must:

• Be a business, organisation, or individual operating within the UK

• Provide accurate contact and payment details

• Submit the Partner Sign-Up Form through our website

Approval is granted at the discretion of Daniel’s Removals LTD.
We reserve the right to decline or remove applications without explanation if necessary.

 

2. Referral Links & Codes

• Each Partner receives a unique referral link and/or code.

• Referred customers must use this link or code when booking for the referral to qualify for commission.

• Offline referrals must be verifiable through booking notes, customer confirmation, or written evidence.

• Partners must not share or misuse referral links in ways that create fraudulent or misleading referrals.

• Referral links may not be used in paid ads targeting the Daniel’s Removals LTD brand name or variations.

 

3. Commission Structure (Tiered Rates)

Commission is earned per completed and fully paid removal job that can be directly linked to your referral.

The tiered commission structure is as follows:

• Jobs up to £500 → £30 commission

• Jobs up to £1,000 → £50 commission

• Jobs above £1,000 → £100 commission

Commission applies only to the value of the actual removal job.
It does not apply to:

• Packing materials

• Storage fees

• Third-party services

• Additional extras not part of the removal service

Custom or higher-volume rates may be discussed individually.

 

4. Payment Terms

• Commission is calculated on a monthly basis.

• Payments are issued only by bank transfer.

• Partners must provide accurate bank details.

• Payments are processed at the end of each month.

• Commission is only paid for referrals that:

  • Have completed the removal job

  • Have paid in full

  • Can be verified as genuine and directly referred by the Partner

Daniel’s Removals LTD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete banking information.

 

5. Price Beat Guarantee

We offer a Price Beat Guarantee to all customers referred through the Programme.

• If a customer provides a lower written quotation from another removals company for the same job, Daniel’s Removals LTD will beat that price.

• “Like-for-like” means the same:

  • Job size

  • Distance/route

  • Service level

  • Job date/time

  • Access conditions (stairs, floors, parking)

• Competitor quotations must be genuine, official, and verifiable.

Daniel’s Removals LTD reserves the right to refuse the guarantee where the supplied quote cannot be validated or does not represent a like-for-like service.

 

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Promote Daniel’s Removals LTD honestly, fairly, and professionally

• Only use marketing materials approved or provided by us

• Not make false claims, misleading statements, or misrepresent services

• Not spam, harass, or pressure customers

• Keep referral links and codes secure

• Notify us of changes to business or contact information

• Follow advertising standards and UK legislation

Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earned commission.

 

7. Daniel’s Removals LTD Responsibilities

We will:

• Provide a unique referral link and/or code

• Track referrals accurately

• Calculate earned commission

• Issue payouts monthly

• Offer support for partnership enquiries

• Notify Partners of significant programme changes

 

8. Prohibited Conduct

Partners MUST NOT:

• Generate fake or self-referrals

• Manipulate bookings or encourage customers to cancel and rebook

• Use Daniel’s Removals LTD branding without permission

• Use our business name in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any PPC campaigns

• Offer unapproved discounts on our behalf

• Promote the Programme on illegal, inappropriate, or harmful websites

• Use misleading comparisons or false reviews

 

Breaching these rules may result in:

• Immediate termination from the Programme

• Cancellation of unpaid commission

• Permanent blocking from future participation

• Legal action where necessary

 

9. Termination of Partnership

Daniel’s Removals LTD may suspend or remove Partners from the Programme if:

• Terms are breached

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

• There are repeated issues with referral quality

• The Partner becomes inactive for six (6) months or longer

• Misuse of referral link or misleading marketing is detected

Partners may leave the Programme at any time by contacting us via email.

All valid commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid.

 

10. Liability

Daniel’s Removals LTD is not liable for:

• Customer cancellations

• Customer delays or non-payment

• Loss of business, income, or opportunities

• Website outages, downtime, or technical issues

• Errors caused by third-party software

• Any indirect, special, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount of valid commission owed at the time of any claim.

 

11. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to update or modify:

• Commission rates

• Terms & Conditions

• Operational rules

• Referral processes

• Eligibility requirements

Material changes will be communicated via email or via the website.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

 

12. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Personal data submitted through the Partner Sign-Up Form is processed under our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UK GDPR.

Partners consent to Daniel’s Removals LTD storing and processing their information for:

• Partnership communication

• Referral tracking

• Commission calculation

• Legal and accounting obligations

Partners may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us.
